An enviromental biologist living in Nevada who conducts research on tortoises commissioned me to design a 3D printable GPS sledge that can temporarily be glued to the shell of the tortoises for tracking & research purposes. Both verisons have holes to allow the glue to better grip the sledge maintaining that it stays strongly attached. The BOX version is slightly more bulky but adds additional strength and protection from the elements. The sledge version offers a lighter solution and also quicker access for charging the battery.
